WOW I am sorry !!!
It has been too long since I posted something in my blog... I really need to share more...
It is almost three o'clock in the morning now and I cant sleep, so what better thing to do than sit by my Mac and share something new ...
I love working with fabric, it is like magic to me that you can take something flat and formless and just create something useful and beautiful (at least I think so). I used strands of red silk knitted to form this bracelet, I then add metal pieces or pearls I love it! Is like a never ending game, each color looks different and each bracelet gets his own personality depending what embellishes it. Well I think I can go to sleep now ...

Brown Suga and Fashion Blog coverage of my work
Today I am highlighting one of the many Etsy designers I am absolutely gaga over on Etsy. This particular designers name is Eninaj and as you can see by the above photos, she produces some of the most beautiful and unique jewelry by utilizing various materials such as leather and metal. All of her designs are eye-catching and captivating and are sure to please even the most discerning eye. I have yet to come across an item made by Eninaj that didn't give me goose bumps over the pure creativity and craftsmanship that is displayed in all of her items. Eninaj has a wonderful blog at www.eninajdesign.blogspot.com that gives you details about what inspires her, information about the materials she chooses to work with, and of course updates on her latest creations. Also, you can visit Eninaj's Etsy shop by clicking here. Trust me, you will definitely be delighted by what you see.

What Stylenoir has to say about my work. I'm delighted and proud. Read the complete article on the attached link.
Traveling the world may be just a dream to many; but for Janine Golbert, founder of Eninaj Jewelry she has already covered much of it. Born in Uruguay and living in Switzerland, Panama, America and now Israel, has all helped to expand her creativity and inspiration for a leap in to jewelry and fashion ..... Taking a more artistic approach to the creation of the jewelry provides for new techniques and a combination of materials and colours, putting aside thoughts about the commercial side of the item and concentrating on the design process.
Eninaj really stands out from the rest of the pack; using technology and future forward techniques such as laser cutting, etching and computer aided design, all of which creates the originality of the pieces. The laser cut leather necklaces have a sense of unique charm about them, perfectly structured to compliment any outfit. The collection itself is floral inspired with intricate detailing, reminiscent of specialist tattoo art and elegant chandeliers, featuring combinations of sterling silver, and leather. There are three colour palettes that are prominent within the collection, black, silver and gold for the more sinister, contemporary and dramatic look; red, silver and pearls for a more feminine feel and last but not least turquoise green and orange to represent the summer months rolling in.

My Latest Bracelet Collection
My latest Bracelet collection is inspired from the Jewish Tefilim.
As defined in Wikipedia:
Tefillin, (Hebrew: תפילין), also called phylacteries, are a pair of black leather boxes containing scrolls of parchment inscribed with verses from the Bible. The hand-tefillin, or shel yad, is worn by Jews wrapped around the arm, hand and fingers, while the head-tefillin, or shel rosh, is placed above the forehead. They serve as a "sign" and "remembrance" that God brought the children of Israel out of Egypt and serve several purposes in the fulfillment of the scriptural commandments prescribing them to be worn by Jews.

Once Upon a time
Once upon a time I was a graphic artist, working as an Artdirector for an important firm in Haifa. It was a very good job, good salary, friendly people, the bosses liked me a lot but after 10 years I felt I was not happy. It took me two years, two years every morning while in the shower I used to think today is the day, today I will tell them I am leaving... And then I didn't. After two years it happened, I went to work I entered my boss room and I told him I quit! What a sensation! Incredible sensation of happiness, fear and exitement and liberation. I always liked to work with my own two hands, to create infinite crafts for the home, for me for the kids... So I started making jewelry, for myself, for friends and then for friends of my friends. Today I want to share with you some of my first designs, I think they were pretty cool.
